Background

She began her nursing career in the US Army, and then took time out to raise her family. Once she was ready to continue her education, she chose UVU to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in nursing. She went on to the University of Utah to earn her Master’s Degree as a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.

She loves working with families in the birth setting and she especially loves meeting with women in the clinic. One of her primary goals is to help women at all stages of their lives to achieve their greatest level of health and wellness.

Her husband is a devout BYU fan, making their home a “house divided”. She is mom to eight children, and grandma to one energetic toddler. Traveling with her family, making pottery, and getting her hands into the dirt are a few of her favorite things to do in her spare time.
