Background

Erica was born and raised in the Bay Area of Northern California. She attended Brigham Young University and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Science. After graduating from BYU, she decided to pursue a career in nursing and completed an Associates of Science through the Weber State University Outreach Nursing Program. Erica worked as a registered nurse in the Nursery, Postpartum and Labor and Delivery units of a rural Utah hospital for two years. She then received a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing, and became a Certified Nurse-Midwife and a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
